WHAT
TO DO THE NIGHT BEFORE:
Give your brain a rest and veg' out. That means
no cramming, no thinking about the test, nothing.
Set your alarm clock and have a back-up (like
Mom) to wake you just in case.
Pray
to whatever test deity you believe in.
Talk
with your sweetie on the phone to ease your mind
(but don't stay up too late)
Turn
in early to avoid a morning headache.
Get
your exam gear together in one place (see
"What To Bring").
|
WHAT
TO DO THAT MORNING:
Wake up well-rested and on time thanks to the
sound of your alarm clock or Mom's bellow.
Eat
a healthy breakfast to boost your energy and save
others from the distraction of your growling stomach.
Grab
your ready-to-go test stuff and head off to your
exam (try to get there at least 30 minutes early).
Once
you're settled in and about to accept the test
challenge, relax! Chill for a minute, do
some slow breathing, and give yourself credit:
You're prepped, you're primped, you're ready to
show off your full testing potential!
|
WHAT
TO BRING:
An exam-approved calculator
Extra pencils
The proper ID (not your older sister's that you
use to get into R-rated movies)
A
small, quiet snack (they're not really allowed,
but as long as you don't make crunching noises,
no one should bother you)
A watch to keep track of those precious test seconds
Tissues, just in case you need them.
